Premiership Rugby has today announced the Wanderers’ Aviva ‘A’ League fixtures for the coming season.
As in previous years the Aviva ‘A’ League sees the 12 teams split into two Conferences, North and South, with each team playing the other once. This season sees the Saints travel to Newcastle and Worcester, with Leicester, Wasps and Sale all heading to Franklin’s Gardens.
The campaign opens at Kingston Park on Monday, September 12th, with a trip to Worcester a week later. October sees Wasps visit Franklin’s Gardens, with a pre-Christmas clash against the Tigers heating things up before the festive season.
The home game against Sale is in April, after which the two leading teams in the Northern Conference will progress to the semi-finals against their counterparts from the South.
The Wanderers have had a good run in the Aviva ‘A’ League in recent years, reaching the final in two out of the last three seasons. And Season Ticket Holders can see how they get on at the Gardens for free as part of their Season Ticket package!
