Two-thirds of these tickets have been ordered online, with the remainder in person at the Saints Ticket Office. But with a few hours to go until the end of Season Ticket Holders’ priority booking period the club is reminding all supporters of a few points.
KICK OFF TIME The kick off time will be confirmed after the conclusion of this Saturday’s game against Leicester, along with the opponent, who will be either Exeter or Saracens, depending on how results go in Round 22
OPENING TIMES The Saints Ticket Office is open until 5pm on Tuesday. Staff are dealing with personal callers or emails ONLY; telephones are NOT being answered. All emails are being dealt with in chronological order, and provided Season Ticket Holders email the club before 5pm their seat will be held until their issue has been resolved
ONLINE BOOKING Tickets can be booked through online ticketing accounts in the following way:
1) Head to www.northamptonsaints.co.uk/buytickets and logging in using the details that were sent with Season Ticket renewal information recently. You must use this account; using an account you have created yourself will not work. If you have forgotten or misplaced your login details click on the relevant link on this page
2) Once logged in click on ‘Add Tickets’ and then scroll down and click on ‘Click Here To Buy Season Ticket Seats’
3) In the space marked ‘Ticket Number’ put the first seven digits that are next to the barcode (as illustrated below)
4) Choose the relevant option from the drop-down menu and add it to your basket
Season Ticket Holders can order on behalf of other Season Ticket Holders by repeating the instructions listed above.
If Season Ticket Holders have any specific queries or are experiencing any issues they need to email [email protected] with full details, including relevant customer number(s), barcode number(s) and a daytime contact number.
GENERAL SALE Tickets will go on general sale at 12noon on Wednesday. This will not affect Season Ticket Holders, provided they have emailed the club before 5pm on Tuesday
TICKET PRICES Ticket prices are the same as a normal Category ‘A’ game and are as follows:
All tickets are subject to a £1.50 per ticket handling and administration charge, with postal deliveries then subject to an additional £2.50 fee per transaction.
Any unsold tickets will go on general sale at 12noon on Wednesday, May 13th.
