Northampton Saints today announce a new multi-year partnership with Batch LDN, who become the Club’s Official Formalwear Supplier ahead of the 2026/27 season.
The London-based brand has built a reputation for reimagining the traditional suit, creating premium casual suits that offer a more versatile, comfortable and contemporary alternative – designed to be worn every day and for every occasion.
As part of the partnership, Saints’ players will wear exclusive co-branded Batch casual suits on home matchdays throughout the season, with the reigning Gallagher PREM champions becoming the first professional rugby club to partner with the fast-growing fashion brand.
“We’re delighted to welcome Batch LDN to the Saints family ahead of the new season,” said Northampton Saints’ Director of Commercial Partnerships, Ulundi Makhanya.
“Their casual suits strike the perfect balance between style, comfort and practicality, making them an ideal fit for a professional rugby environment.
“What really stood out to us was the quality of the product and the thought behind the brand. Their made-to-order model is a fresh approach that aligns with the growing importance of sustainability, while their contemporary style reflects the direction many professional sports teams are moving in.
“We’re also excited that supporters will have the opportunity to purchase the same suit worn by the squad, and this partnership is only the beginning of what we hope will be a long and successful relationship.”
Designed and handmade in London, Batch’s made-to-order approach eliminates excess stock and fashion waste while delivering premium-quality garments at a more accessible price point. Each outfit is crafted only once an order is placed – combining sustainability with exceptional quality.
Saints’ squad will wear a bespoke black brushed-cotton casual suit featuring Northampton Saints branding, with supporters also able to purchase the same design. Retailing from £395, the suits will be available to order online or through Batch’s flagship Covent Garden store, while a display suit will also be showcased in the Saints Store at Franklin’s Gardens.
Supporters can purchase the jacket and trousers together or separately, offering a versatile addition to any wardrobe, whether worn as a complete outfit or paired more casually. As every garment is made to order, customers simply select their usual size before their suit is handcrafted and delivered several weeks later.
The partnership marks the beginning of a broader collaboration between Saints and Batch, with an exclusive range of co-branded products set to launch ahead of the new season.
“We’re delighted to be partnering with Northampton Saints, especially off the back of a PREM-winning season,” said Batch LDN co-founder, Julian Osborne.
“There’s a lot of synergy between Saints and Batch, and we’re excited to explore the potential of our first-of-its-kind partnership.
Fellow Batch co-founder, Sam Matanle, added: “Rugby and Batch have naturally always gone hand in hand, as Julian and I both played the game for many years.
“It was fantastic to get our boots back on at Franklin’s Gardens, and we’re incredibly proud to be dressing such an elite and prestigious team. We believe our casual suits are the perfect fit for modern rugby players, offering a smarter and more comfortable alternative to the traditional suit.”
