Biggar gets Wales start in Rome

Northampton Saints fly-half Dan Biggar starts for Wales in Rome this weekend as Wayne Pivac names his side to face Italy.

The 31-year-old will claim a 91st international cap at the Stadio Olympico as Wales look to continue their run to a Six Nations Grand Slam, with only Italy and France remaining in their way after they claimed the Triple Crown last time out.

“We are really looking forward to this weekend and are ready to get out there on Saturday,” said Wales head coach Pivac.

“Three from three is a great start but there has been plenty to do and plenty of work-ons. We’ve had a two week build up to this game, trained really well in the fallow week and are looking forward to round 4.”
