However the Saints Ticket Office staff have noticed that a number of Season Ticket Holders have created new online accounts in attempts to book their seat or terrace space.
THIS IS NOT NECESSARY.
All Season Ticket Holders have an online account created for them automatically at the start of every season. If they do not know their log-in details, or have misplaced them, Season Ticket Holders need to email [email protected] and someone will reply as soon as possible.
Once they log in with their correct details, Season Ticket Holders should then click on ‘Add Tickets’, before scrolling down to the bottom of the screen listing available matches and clicking on ‘Click here to buy Season Ticket seats’.
Then complete the information screen and complete the purchasing process.
If bookings are being made for multiple Season Ticket Holders this process can be repeated without logging out, provided that the correct details are entered.
Every Season Ticket is allocated a row and seat number, including on the terrace. Every Season Ticket Holder should by now have received a letter and/or email with this information on it. If this has not been received email [email protected] and someone will reply with the relevant information.

The Saints Ticket Office phone lines are very busy at present; it is therefore recommended that Season Ticket Holders email the club with a daytime telephone contact number and the precise nature of their query and a member of the customer service team will call them back as soon as possible.
Season Ticket Holders have until 9am on Monday, February 17th to take advantage of a priority booking period which includes a 20 percent discount on all tickets booked – including those booked on behalf of non-Season Ticket Holders – up to a maximum of 10.
Tickets will then go on general sale at 12noon on Monday, February 17th.
It is also important that while they are logged in, Season Ticket Holders check that the system has the correct contact information saved. To do this click on ‘My Profile’, where a new user name and password can also be set.
