But LV= is also giving a great opportunity for budding sports reporters the chance to earn a place at Franklin’s Gardens when the season’s first trophy is lifted on Sunday, March 22nd, too.
The LV= Young Reporter Competition is aimed at writers aged 16 and under – whether boys or girls – who are planning for a career in sports journalism. And by writing a 400-word report on any LV= Cup game the youngster can win themselves a superb prize that includes a place in the press box covering the tournament’s final.
The winner will also spend a day with the Daily Telegraph’s sports desk, attend a midweek press preview session at a Premiership club, and have their LV= Cup final preview and report published on PremiershipRugby.com, RFU.com and LV.com
Submissions must be entered no later than Thursday, February 12th, 2015, to be considered.
