Vote now for your cinch Player of the Month for October and win!

Voting for the cinch Player of the Month award for October is now open, with supporters able to choose the Saint they believe made the biggest contribution on the pitch across the month, as Northampton kicked off their 2023/24 Gallagher Premiership campaign.

The competition will remain open for one week before the winning player is announced by Northampton Saints and cinch, with voting closing on Wednesday 8 November.

Throughout the season, cinch will also be offering up a range of prizes for those who vote for the award, with one lucky supporter each month selected at random after voting closes. For October, one lucky winner will receive a personalised signed Saints shirt from the winner of this month’s vote!

Northampton rounded off their Premiership Rugby Cup campaign to start October, defeating Doncaster Knights 82-12, before facing Sale Sharks, Bristol Bears and Newcastle Falcons in the Premiership – securing a 16-14 win over Falcons last weekend.

With those clashes in mind, Saints’ coaches have selected four nominees for the monthly gong; Sam Graham, Curtis Langdon, Tom Pearson and Tom Seabrook

Back rower Graham scored one of Saints’ 12 tries against Doncaster, and has hit the ground running in his first three Premiership outings of the season – having already beaten six defenders so far this term, while also maintaining an impressive 95% tackle-success rate in the league.

Scooping a Player of the Match award and the match-winning try against Newcastle, Langdon has also started the Premiership brightly, making 24 carries while also completing 28 tackles and missing just one (a success rate of 97%) across the three rounds so far.

Meanwhile, summer signing Pearson announced himself onto the Gardens stage in fine form, scoring a brace of tries against Doncaster and crossing the whitewash again against Bristol, as well as making some 43 tackles across the three Premiership outings.

Finally, winger Seabrook continued his prolific try-scoring form, scoring his fourth, fifth and sixth tries of the season in October while making some 107 metres with the ball in hand in Saints’ three Premiership matches.
