Come and celebrate your Saints this Saturday

Travis PerkinsSponsored by Travis Perkins

This weekend sees Northampton Saints take on Worcester Warriors at Franklin’s Gardens for what will be their final game of the 2017/18 Aviva Premiership Rugby season.

Sunny weather is predicted and a huge turnout at the Gardens is expected, with Saints looking to finish off their campaign on a high note.

A Derby Day victory over Leicester Tigers as well as a resilient performance away at Wasps – where Northampton picked up two bonus points in defeat – both point to another strong showing against Worcester, and with final league positions still undecided there is pride on the line on Saturday.

And the Club would like to invite our loyal supporters onto the hallowed Franklin’s Gardens turf following the match to celebrate the squad’s accomplishments this season and also toast those players that will be moving on to pastures new next term.

The playing squad will complete a lap of honour around the ground with their families immediately after the final whistle, while a stage is constructed in front of the Church’s stand that will face out onto the pitch.

Then, supporters will be welcomed onto the pitch for the annual presentation of shirts to some of our departing players.

With the likes of Stephen Myler, Ben Foden, Christian Day and George North all bidding a fond farewell to Franklin’s Gardens, it will be an event not to be missed.
