The 19-year-old lines up at scrum-half as England get their campaign to retain the title underway at Plymouth on Friday night.
Three other members of the Saints Senior Academy have been named by Rob Hunter in the 22-man squad, with props Danny Herriott and Danny Hobbs-Awoyemi being named on the replacements bench along with fly half Will Hooley.
"We're all very excited about getting the competition underway," Hunter commented. "The lads have worked hard and we're looking forward to see them perform in the white jersey."
Friday's game is being shown live on Sky Sports 2, with coverage getting underway at 5:30pm.
