Saints made history on Saturday afternoon as they defeated Leicester Tigers at Welford Road for the first time since 2007.
In a back-and-forth game, Saints managed to mount an impressive attack on Tigers, leading at the break and managing to hold onto that lead until the full time whistle despite a strong home effort to do the double over their East Midlands rivals for the first time in 15 years.
Ben Foden, Cobus Reainch and Ahsee Tuala all crossed the whitewash among strong performances across the park, including from the second-time Saint Ehren Painter, sending all Saints supporters into raptures.
And it took just seconds for social media to respond with players and supporters alike taking to the internet to express their delight - here are a few of our twitter highlights from the weekend.
There was only one word to describe the feeling of THAT win on the final whistle!
YEEEEEEEESSSSSSSS!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Waking up a bit sore this morning. Expect nothing less from a derby game. Massive shift from the brothers yesterday to get the win especially our young lads coming through. Spare a thought for captain Rob who is on the mend. Thanks for the support. #TYJ 🙏🏾
