DPD have become Northampton Saints’ new Principal Partner

Delivering a new era: DPD joins Northampton Saints as Principal Partner

Northampton Saints are delighted to announce a new multi-year partnership with premium parcel delivery firm, DPD, which sees one of the UK’s best-known brands become the Club’s new Principal Partner.

The long-term agreement marks a significant moment for Saints and includes DPD branding across the front and back of the Club’s home and away playing shirts, alongside prominent placement on trainingwear. In addition, at Franklin’s Gardens, DPD has secured naming rights for the East Stand – which will be renamed the ‘DPD Stand’ as part of the partnership.

The partnership brings together two organisations with a shared commitment to performance, teamwork, reliability and delivering consistently high standards.

For DPD, a leader in UK parcel delivery whose headquarters are located in Birmingham, the partnership offers a national sporting platform through one of English rugby’s most respected clubs, while retaining a strong connection to communities across the Midlands and beyond.

“We’re absolutely delighted to welcome DPD to Northampton Saints,” said the Club’s Chief Executive, Julia Chapman.

“To see their brand take pride of place on the front and back of our playing kit, as well as on our trainingwear, reflects the scale of their investment in the Club. Just as importantly, we see enormous potential in what we can achieve together as this relationship develops.

“This is a hugely important step forward for Saints. Partnerships of this significance do not come along very often, and DPD’s belief in the ambition, potential and continued success of Northampton Saints is a real endorsement of the direction of the Club. It gives us a strong platform as we continue to grow, evolve and invest in our future.

“What excited us most from our very first conversations was a shared ambition to build something meaningful together. DPD is one of the UK’s leading brands, with strong Midlands roots, so there was a natural connection from the outset.”

“They have an outstanding reputation, are investing significantly in sport, and share our belief in doing things the right way – looking after customers, supporting communities and striving for excellence in everything they do.

“We are proud to have DPD alongside us as we begin an exciting new chapter for Northampton Saints.”

Justin Pegg, CEO of DPD UK, added: “We are honoured and absolutely delighted to become Principal Partner of Northampton Saints ahead of the upcoming season.

“Saints is an incredible Club, with a proud history and a fantastic following, and we look forward to helping them build on last season’s title-winning success, and developing a long-term relationship that is rewarding for both parties.

“Like Saints, we know all about delivering under pressure, and we will be backing the Club every step of the way in 2026/27 and beyond.”
