Northampton Saints is delighted to confirm that ELMO UK software has renewed its position as the Club’s official HR Technology Supplier.
ELMO UK provides an all-in-one, cloud-based comprehensive HR system. As part of the wider ELMO Group, the organisation helps more than 3,000 organisations across the United Kingdom, Australia, and New Zealand to effectively manage their people and processes.
Their partnership with Saints was first announced back in December 2024, following several months of working together to implement ELMO UK’s impressive technology platform, to ensure the Club’s internal HR operations are as efficient and effective as possible.
Through powerful technology, automation, and flexible customisation options, ELMO’s software empowers HR professionals to deliver best-in-class services – automating existing manual processes throughout the entire employee lifecycle, including everything from hire to retire.
“We have seen huge benefits using Elmo’s range of HR solutions over the past 12 months,” said Sara Young, Chief Operating Officer at Northampton Saints.
“Their tools have been vital in enhancing the employee experience for Saints’ staff. ELMO’s HR Core and HR Performance Management has improved efficiency and robustness in our current processes, while onboarding has allowed us to welcome new joiners in a really smooth and professional way.”
Flexible and configurable, ELMO’s one-stop human resources information system (HRIS) seamlessly fits into any organisation’s unique workflows, and is designed to scale as the business grows – reducing costs, increasing efficiency and bolstering productivity.
Jeremy Simmons, General Manager of ELMO UK, added: “We are delighted to extend our partnership with Northampton Saints.
“Becoming the Club’s official HR technology supplier has been incredibly exciting, and we continue to work closely with Saints to embed ELMO within their HR business systems.
“We joined Saints at an exciting time last year as they went all the way to the Investec Champions Cup final. We are looking forward to even more exciting times during the 2025/26 season – we wish the squad good luck and look forward to cheering them on at cinch Stadium at Franklin’s Gardens.”
