FAQs for ‘We March Together’ ticketing plan

The Club’s ‘We March Together’ ticketing plan outlines the four options that are now available to Season Ticket Holders, match ticket purchasers, and seasonal parking members given the likelihood that the remainder of the Gallagher Premiership campaign will be played behind closed doors, or with a limited capacity.

Four options are now available; DONATE, CREDIT, VOUCHER or REFUND. Supporters will have one month to select their option, with all tickets previously purchased and Season Ticket Holders’ membership cards no longer valid – this is to allow the Club to begin processing requests from today (Friday 19 June).

Please find below a list of answers ticket holders may have about the ‘We March Together’ ticketing plan. If you require any further information which is not covered here, please contact [email protected] – we are receiving a huge number of enquiries at this time, so we appreciate your patience and will respond as soon as possible.

FAQs – ‘We March Together’ ticketing plan

How is my Donation, Credit, Voucher or Refund amount calculated?
If you are a Season Ticket Holder, you will receive the pro rata price for each of Saints’ four remaining home fixtures. If you are a Match Ticket Purchaser, you will receive the amount you paid for the specific fixture. All refunds exclude your initial booking fee and postage.

When will I receive my form, and what is the deadline for specifying my preferences?
Dates forms will be emailed, and subsequent deadlines for responses, are as follows...

  • Season Ticket Holders – Friday 19 June (deadline is midnight on Sunday 19 July) – to view an online version of this form, please CLICK HERE
  • Saints v Wasps match ticket purchasers – Tuesday 23 June (deadline is midnight on Thursday 23 July) – to view an online version of this form, please CLICK HERE
  • Saints v Bath match ticket purchasers – Friday 26 June (deadline is midnight on Sunday 26 July) – to view an online version of this form, please CLICK HERE
  • Saints v Exeter Chiefs match ticket purchasers – Monday 29 June (deadline is midnight on Wednesday 29 July) – to view an online version of this form, please CLICK HERE
  • Seasonal car parking pass holders – Thursday 2 July (deadline is midnight on Sunday 2 August) – to view an online version of this form, please CLICK HERE
  • Exeter v Saints (Heineken Champions Cup) match ticket purchasers – Wednesday 15 July (deadline is midnight on Saturday 15 August) – to view an online version of this form, please CLICK HERE

What happens if I do not respond before these deadlines?
A lack of response before the one-month deadline will result in Northampton Saints retaining the monies paid for these cancelled tickets or car parking passes as a donation to the Club. Please note that while money will be retained as a donation, if a Season Ticket Holder has not submitted a form, they have not given the Club permission to place their name on the 2021/22 away jersey. If you would like your name on the jersey, you need to return a form rather than doing nothing.

When can I begin filling out the form?
This process is now open and ticket holders can fill out the forms as soon as emails are sent. The Season Ticket Holders form will also be published online HERE.

Once I have completed the form, can I change my mind?
If your circumstances change and you would like to alter your option, please email [email protected] and we will endeavour to make any requested changes – however, once any Refund, Credit or Voucher is processed, it cannot be retracted.

What happens to my existing Season Ticket or match ticket(s) for the 2019/20 season?
If crowds are ultimately allowed back to Franklin’s Gardens before the end of the 2019/20 season, the Club will announce in due course an appropriate process to give Season Ticket Holders and match ticket purchasers an opportunity to get tickets. However, to allow the Club to begin processing donations, credits, vouchers and refunds from Friday 19 June, and given the likelihood that matches will not resume as normal with full stadia, all existing 2019/20 Season Tickets and match tickets are no longer valid.

I would like to claim a Refund for my Season Ticket as well as the additional match tickets I purchased – how do I do this?
You will receive separate emails regarding your Season Ticket and each fixture for which you purchased additional match tickets. If you do not receive an email regarding your Season Ticket or match tickets by the relevant dates shown above, then please email [email protected].

When can I expect to receive my Credit/Refund?
Credits/Refunds will be processed within 60 days of completing your form online.

When can I expect to receive my Voucher, and how long is it valid?
We will ensure that anyone electing to receive a Saints Voucher will receive this comfortably in advance of crowds returning to Franklin’s Gardens. Saints Vouchers will be valid until 31 December 2021.

If I select a Refund, where will that be paid?
All refunds will be paid back via your original payment method.

My card has expired – how do I get my refund?
We cannot issue a refund to any new cards you might have. On the advice of our bank, we only refund the card that was originally used to pay – this is to make sure that the refund goes to the right place. Most of the time, if you've had a replacement card for the same account the refund will go into your account automatically and you won't need to do anything.

If your account is closed or you've had a replacement card and the refund still isn't appearing in your account after 15 days, please contact your card issuer. They'll be holding the funds for you and will be able to arrange a transfer to your new account. Unfortunately, we can't reclaim the money and issue the refund to a new card for you.

Can I split my balance between Donate, Credit, Voucher and Refund?
It is not possible to split the balance of one Season Ticket or match ticket between the four options, but you can make a separate decision if you have made multiple transactions.

For example, if you are a Season Ticket Holder and you have bought extra match tickets for family and friends, you could choose to Donate, Credit, Voucher or Refund the Season Ticket cost and then make a different choice for your extra match tickets. Similarly, if you hold your Season Tickets as a couple/family and would like to Donate the cost of one Season Ticket and Refund another, you can do this by completing a separate form for each Season Ticket account.

Can I make a donation to the Club separately?
No, Northampton Saints will not be accepting any further donations beyond the options to donate to the Club, claim a Ticket Credit, or claim a Saints Voucher within the ‘We March Together’ ticketing plan.

I received a form, but only for one game. How do I specify my preferences for all my tickets/fixtures?
You will receive separate emails containing separate forms for each fixture for which you purchased tickets. If you do not receive an email regarding your Season Ticket or match tickets by the relevant dates outlined above, please email [email protected].

I paid with cash; do I have to wait for the Ticket Office to reopen before I can claim a Refund?
If you paid for your tickets with cash, the Ticket Office will be in contact as soon as possible to discuss the best way in which to process your refund.

I haven’t received my ‘We March Together’ ticketing form via email, how can I specify my choice?
If you do not receive an email regarding your Season Ticket or match tickets by the relevant dates outlined above, then please email [email protected].

Can I use Saints Vouchers anywhere within the stadium?
Saints Vouchers are valid in the Saints Store, or in the bars and food outlets around the ground when crowds are welcomed back to Franklin’s Gardens. Full T&Cs can be found HERE.

If I choose to donate the remainder of my Season Ticket cost, do I get one name on the 2021/22 away jersey and one ‘We March Together’ scarf per ticket I purchased?
Yes, you will receive one relevant donation gift per Season Ticket purchased.

If I choose to donate the cost of my individual match tickets, do I get one ‘We March Together’ scarf per ticket I purchased?
Yes, you will receive one relevant donation gift per match ticket purchased.

I purchased multiple Season Tickets. Can I complete one form for all my Season Tickets?
You will need to fill out one form per product purchased – i.e. if you purchased four Season Tickets, please complete the form four times.

Why do I need to fill out multiple Season Ticket forms?
Supporters can only buy one Season Ticket per account – so if for example you own three Season Tickets, you will have three Season Ticket accounts. Filling out one form per account will enable the Club to process refunds more efficiently.

I purchased tickets for multiple matches. Can I complete one form for all tickets purchased?
You will need to fill out one form per order – i.e. if you purchased two tickets for Saints v Wasps and four tickets for Saints v Bath, please complete the relevant forms for each game, which will be emailed directly to you. In this example, you would complete two forms, one for two tickets (Wasps) and one for four tickets (Bath).

Why do I have to fill in multiple match ticket forms?
You need to fill in one form for every match for which you have purchased tickets, so that the Club can refund supporters in chronological match order – I.e refunds for Saints v Wasps will be processed first, then Saints v Bath, and finally Saints v Exeter Chiefs.

As a Season Ticket Holder, can I choose to use a Ticket Credit against a 2020/21 Season Ticket?
Yes – when you renew with us, the Ticket Credit you claim can be used against the cost of a Season Ticket for 2020/21. However, if you have already renewed your Season Ticket, you would have to select Refund to claim back what you are owed from the 2019/20 season, or you can choose to Donate to the Club or claim a Ticket Credit to be used for a future ticket purchase.

Is this process for the 2019/20 season only or can I get a refund on my Season Ticket for 2020/21?
The ‘We March Together’ ticketing plan only applies to matches within the 2019/20 season. The 2020/21 season will begin later than expected, but any Season Tickets already purchased will of course remain valid. If any matches during the 2020/21 season have to be played behind closed doors on with a limited capacity crowd, a refund process will be announced at that time.

Can I claim a refund or donate to the Club for the Heineken Champions Cup quarter-final against Exeter?
Yes – all four options from the ‘We March Together’ ticketing plan are also available to match ticket purchasers for the Heineken Champions Cup quarter-final against Exeter.

Why will the names of Season Ticket Holders be on the 2021/22 shirt, rather than the 2020/21 version?
The 2020/21 home and away jerseys are already midway through production, meaning the earliest the Club can place the names of donators on the away jersey is for the 2021/22 season.

How will the names appear on the 2021/22 shirt?
All names submitted by those who donate will be sublimated into the fabric of the 2021/22 away jersey. This jersey will be worn by Northampton Saints for away matches and available for supporters to purchase.

Why will the names of Season Ticket Holders be on the away shirt, rather than the home?
The Club’s recent ‘King of the Kits’ competition made it clear that Northampton supporters love watching Saints play in traditional, hooped jerseys. In order to commit to placing names of supporters on the Club’s home jersey, we would have put a traditional, hooped design in jeopardy. This was not an acceptable option, so the names of Season Ticket Holders who donate will instead appear on the away jersey in 2021/22, and Saints will take those supporters with them in spirit as they compete on the road.

How do I claim a refund on my car parking pass?
If you purchased a car parking pass for the season, you will be contacted via email with more information on how to Donate, claim a Ticket Credit, claim a Saints Voucher, or claim a pro rata refund. If you do not receive an email regarding your car parking pass by midnight on Monday 6 July then please email [email protected].

Do I still need to renew my Season Ticket by the July 8 deadline to pay the Early Bird rate for next season?
No – given the lack of clarity on when the 2020/21 season will begin, the Club has pushed back the deadline to buy Season Tickets at the Early Bird rate until further notice.

Do I still need to renew my Season Ticket by the July 30 deadline to keep my seat for next season?
No – given the lack of clarity on when the 2020/21 season will begin, the Club has pushed back the deadline to keep your existing seat until further notice.

If I have a query about the ‘We March Together’ ticketing process, should I call the Ticket Office?
As we will be fulfilling a large volume of requests, we politely ask that supporters use the online form rather than phoning the Saints Ticket Office. If you do need to speak to us, please be patient and email any questions to [email protected] – a member of our team will come back to you as soon as possible.
