Northampton Saints prop Danilo Fischetti has been selected to start for Italy in their opening Guinness Six Nations fixture this weekend against Scotland.
The 28-year-old loosehead starts for the Azzurri in the home fixture on Saturday (kick-off: 2.10pm UK time) and will earn his 59th cap in the process.
Fischetti could also potentially come up against his Saints teammate Elliot Millar Mills, who has been named on the bench for Scotland for the clash at the Stadio Olimpico.
