Wales are currently unbeaten in this season's tournament, but England head to Colwyn Bay with a better points difference and a win for Rob Hunter's team will mean that the Six Nations trophy will head to the east side of the River Severn.
All four of the Saints who helped England to a comprehensive win over Italy at Franklin's Gardens last weekend have been named in the match squad, with Danny Hobbs-Awoyemi, Danny Herriott, Alex Day and Tom Stephenson starting the game on the replacements' bench.
Head coach Hunter is under no illusions as to the challenge ahead of his team.
"It'll be a tough game, but a big game in front of a sold-out crowd," he commented. "Wales have performed very well in this competition and they've been quite consistent with their selection - we'll approach this one as we would any other, we want a good performance from the guys."
Friday's game is being shown live on S4C (Sky channel 134, Virgin Media channel 167).
