Friends and Family online ticketing groups now available

Friends and Family will enable Season Ticket Holders to order tickets for matches and other events on behalf of other people within their network, without the need of having the customer details and Season Card numbers of the people they wish to order on behalf of on them at all times.

To set up a Friends and Family group just log into your online ticketing account at www.northamptonsaints.co.uk/buytickets, click on ‘Invite Friend’ on the right-hand side of the page and then enter the email addresses of all Season Ticket Holders you wish to be a part of your network.

Those Season Ticket Holders will then receive an email request, which they will have to confirm. It’s as straightforward as that!

Please note that everyone in the proposed Friends and Family group MUST have a valid email address registered with the Saints Ticket Office, otherwise the system will not work. There is no upper limit to the number of people in any one Friends and Family group, and any member of the group can leave it at any time.

Alternatively a Season Ticket Holder can come into the Saints Superstore on non-match days with the Season Cards of all people who wish to be in the Friends and Family group and a member of the customer service team will be happy to help!

Over the past 18 months considerable time and effort has been spent in improving the Saints’ ticketing experience, including [email protected], a booking website that is responsive to any screen size, and making seat selection available on any device, whether a computer, tablet or smartphone.

Friends and Family is another step in this continual process of development, and has been introduced in response to feedback from many Season Ticket Holders.
