The 23-year-old missed close to a year of action with a sensitive back injury but with his fitness back, now is the time to kick on.
"It's been frustrating sitting on the physio table and watching the boys take care of business. You don't want to feel like a passenger," Warren said. "Now I'm back I feel like I can start pulling my own weight though and it's all about having a big second half to the season for me."
Warren's comeback came for the Wanderers at a club he knows well, Coventry a place the prop has previously enjoyed loan rugby, and his dual-registration commitments this year have been with Moseley.
Following a couple of games with the Championship side, Warren was back in the first team picture - a travelling reserve for the Saints' LV= Cup trip to Exeter last weekend and it is the kind of involvement he is striving to continue.
