Help the Saints develop the next generation of talented players

Travis PerkinsSponsored by Travis Perkins

The Northampton Saints Developing Player Programme is expanding in 2014/15, giving young rugby players aged between 13 and 15 a structured package of quality coaching.

The programme is an evolution of CB ‘Schools of Rugby’ and development programmes; it will seek to provide a consistent, high quality experience to encourage lifelong participation in the sport and enable those with talent to be clearly identified and find their ideal pathway, whether that is into professional rugby or lifelong participation at a level appropriate to them within their Constituent Body (CB).

If any of the qualities below sound like you then we would like to hear from you:

- Drive and a passionate commitment to developing young players’ abilities and enhancing their lives

- A dedication to excellence in everything that you do

- A ‘go the extra mile’ attitude in your preparation and follow up

- The capacity to establish clear goals, create long terms development programmes based on those goals and systematically guide players towards their achievement
