Exciting news! After listening to YOUR feedback, we’re making changes to the Saints Rewards programme for the 2022/23 season.
The rewards scheme for 2022/23 will enable you to link your own credit or debit card to your rewards account directly. This will mean that as well as continuing to earn Saints Rewards points for attending home games and interacting on the app, you will also earn points at selected retailers simply by using your own linked debit/credit card as normal.
SEASON TICKET HOLDERS
- If you have renewed your Season Ticket for the 2022/23 term, you’ll receive a new season card ahead of the start of the upcoming campaign.
- This will operate as a matchday access card ONLY, rather than a combined access and payments card (as it was in 2021/22) as the Pingit for Clubs payments service provided by Barclays (which allows you to make payments using your membership card) will no longer be available from 08/08/22.
SAINTS MEMBERS
- If you renew your Membership for the 2022/23 season, you’ll receive a new membership card ahead of the start of the upcoming campaign.
- This will no longer be a payment card (as it was in 2021/22) as the Pingit for Clubs payments service provided by Barclays will no longer be available from 08/08/22.
Barclays will contact you separately to provide further details regarding the closure and what this means for you, but until then you can continue to use your card as normal for payments.
Supporters who currently have funds on their Pingit for Clubs card can still spend and earn points with affiliate retailers – including (but not limited to) Asda, Sainsbury’s, Primark, B&Q and Boots – until the service closes. Supporters can, of course, withdraw their funds anytime and Barclays will return any remaining balance upon closure of your Pingit for Clubs Account.
