Northampton Saints is proud to announce the launch of ‘Lead Like a Saint’, a new corporate Learning & Development (L&D) immersive experience designed to help organisations elevate their leadership culture through insights drawn from elite sport.

Hosted at the iconic surroundings of cinch Stadium at Franklin’s Gardens, the home of elite rugby clubs Northampton Saints and Loughborough Lightning, the programme gives businesses exclusive access to the Club’s high‑performance environment – where teamwork, communication, and resilience are more than buzzwords – they’re the foundation of success.

The sessions will provide an opportunity to learn directly from players, coaches and commercial staff and leave with the tools to lead high performing teams in any environment.

Lead Like A Saint experience includes:

  • Access to behind‑the‑scenes areas such as the Home Changing Room and Team Meeting Room
  • The chance to watch a closed training session
  • A facilitated leadership workshop led by an experienced L&D coach
  • Q&A sessions with Saints coaches or players
  • Breakfast, lunch and refreshments throughout the day

“This programme will provide teaching and points of discussion to enhance key workplace topics such as developing high-performing teams, positive communication, conflict management and resilience,” said Director of Commercial Partnerships, Ulundi Makhanya.
