Line Cheetah drinks pre-order trial continuing

Travis PerkinsSponsored by Travis Perkins

The Line Cheetah drinks pre-order trial will continue until the end of the current season.

Introduced at the last home game against Worcester, Line Cheetah gives supporters who are sitting in the Barwell Stand the opportunity to order their drinks either as they are en route to the stadium or from the comfort of their seats before or during the game and then collect them from a special point in the Members Bar.

All supporters have to do is download the Line Cheetah app, which is available now for free in the App Store for Apple users (search for ‘linecheetah’ with no space), Google Play and the Windows store. Make sure that geo-location is enabled in the sign-up process so that Franklin’s Gardens appears at the top of the list of venues when they get near to the stadium.

Then on match day log into the app, choose Franklin’s Gardens and then the Members Bar as the collection point before ordering and paying your drinks and snacks. Once payment has been authorised a QR code will be displayed on the screen, along with a collection time (normally around five minutes).

Head to the Members Bar, where the collection point is clearly signed next to the Honours Board. The QR code will be scanned to confirm the order and items handed over.

From this week users of the app will also be able to request a specific collection time, enabling them to order their first round of drinks in advance to be ready for when they arrive at Franklin’s Gardens!

Drink prices include the £1 charge for the plastic glass, which can then be refunded from any of the five return points across the stadium once the drink has been finished.
