Marshall: This weekend is massive for us

Travis PerkinsSponsored by Travis Perkins

Heading back to Franklin's Gardens after a tough trip to Exeter last weekend, Saints are hoping to get their season back on track as they host Dragons in round two of the Anglo-Welsh Cup.

Sitting top of Pool 3 despite last week's loss, Reece Marshall said that even though Saints were disappointed with their performance, they're ready to push on this weekend and keep themselves in the knock-out qualification places.

"We're going to come up against better like Exeter," Marshall told SaintsTV.

"Thats the time of things they'll do to you; they'll hold onto the ball, they'll weigh you down and if we're not right in certain places then teams like them are going to punish you.

"We can sit and get glum about it or we can move on to this week.

"This game is massive for lots of reasons but mostly for qualifying. We want to win this tournament."

Next up at Franklin's Gardens is another big afternoon as we hold our annual Remembrance Fixture against Dragons.
