MOVE Like A Pro season two starting soon

MOVE Like A Pro is now taking registrations for its summer season.

Following a successful initial 12 weeks in which participants lost a combined 80kg and 125cm around their waists, MOVE Like A Pro restarts on Monday, August 8th for its next round of sessions designed to get men aged between 35 and 55 more active and improve their health.

Funded by the Movember Foundation and delivered by the Saints’ qualified team of community coaches in conjunction with Premiership Rugby, MOVE Like A Pro’s sessions are tailored to the needs of individual participants, albeit with an emphasis on group development and creating a supportive environment.

It is a basic level health and fitness programme for men who are currently inactive and overweight with a BMI of 28 and above. Sessions are free to attend, but participants are expected to commit to the majority of the 12 weeks.

Participants can choose between attending on a Monday or a Tuesday, with sessions beginning at 6:30pm and lasting approximately 1.5 hours. They are based in the Members’ Bar at Franklin’s Gardens, with some either taking place elsewhere in the stadium or off-site as the need arises.
