Northampton Saints winger Taqele Naiyaravoro is set to face an England XV at Twickenham after being named amongst the 23-man Barbarians squad for next weekend's Quilter Cup clash.
The 27-year-old Fijian-born behemoth has represented the famous touring side twice before, playing against Samoa and South Africa, and will now line up against the Red Rose at HQ alongside some of world rugby's biggest names.
The likes of Charles Piutau, Filipo Nakosi, Malakai Fekitoa, Rhys Webb and Bill Mata have all also been included in the star-studded line-up, and Naiyaravoro will be hoping to round off an explosive first season in England with a start for the BaaBaas.
Naiyaravoro made more metres (1,532) than any other player in the Gallagher Premiership during the 22-game league season, and also topped the OPTA statistics in clean breaks (45) and defenders beaten (98) while coming second in overall offloads (29).
102 - @TaqeleN beat four defenders in @SaintsRugby's semi-final clash with Exeter, taking his tally to 102 for the season, the first player to beat 100+ defenders in a @premrugby season since Opta began recording this data. Century. 💯🏉😇 pic.twitter.com/jbWcnk9dNg
