Northampton Saints are delighted to announce that the Club’s brand-new mobile app is now available to download on both iOS and Android devices.
Developed in partnership with digital strategy experts Other Media, the new app is powered by the market-leading Clubcast Fan Experience Platform and has been designed to give supporters a faster, simpler and more engaging way to connect with Saints.
The app will serve as the front door to the Club’s digital ecosystem, bringing together news, fixtures, ticketing, retail, hospitality, community camps and key Club information in one convenient place.
The launch marks a major step forward in Saints’ digital offering, creating a more seamless supporter experience while also introducing new features such as digital ticketing, personalised notifications and exclusive app content and competitions for Season Ticket Holders and Members.
Digital tickets sit at the heart of the platform, helping to make matchday entry quicker, more convenient and more secure for all supporters attending Franklin’s Gardens.

Single Sign-On
To sign in to the App, all supporters must complete the Club’s Single Sign-On (SSO) process if they have not done so already.
This quick, one-time update brings all your Saints services – including ticketing, retail and the Northampton Saints App – together under one secure account.
Even if you have been a Season Ticket Holder for many years, completing SSO is essential. It helps improve account security, removes duplicate profiles and makes services such as digital ticketing much simpler to use.

Digital Tickets
Season Tickets and Match Tickets for the 2026/27 season and beyond will be delivered digitally through the Saints App.
Digital tickets are quick, easy and free to use – full instructions for how to access and download your tickets can be found below.
As part of the Club’s move to digital ticketing, and following upgrades to the turnstiles at Franklin’s Gardens to improve entry speed and security, supporters’ previous plastic Season Ticket cards will no longer work.
Supporters who requested a new physical Season Ticket card during the purchasing process will receive this in the post over the coming days, if they have not already been delivered.
Season Ticket Holders who renewed via Direct Debit have automatically been issued with a digital Season Ticket, unless you contacted the Club to tell us otherwise. Anyone wishing to discuss physical card options should contact the Ticket Office via ticketoffice@northamptonsaints.co.uk.
How to access your digital tickets
Step 1: Download the Northampton Saints App from the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android).
Step 2: Open the App and select the ‘Profile’ tab.
Step 3: Log in using your Saints account email address and password.
Please note: you must have completed the Club’s Single Sign-On process before you can access your account within the App.
Step 4: Select ‘My Tickets’ from your profile page.
Step 5: Your digital tickets will appear within the ‘My Tickets’ section. From here you can:
- View your seat details.
- Access the barcode required for entry at Franklin’s Gardens.
- Add your ticket directly to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
Supporters logging into the App for the first time should allow a short period for tickets to appear.
Any additional match tickets purchased on behalf of friends or family, as well as tickets purchased for yourself for knockout fixtures, will also appear within ‘My Tickets’. Previously used tickets can be found under ‘Past Tickets’.
If your digital tickets are not visible after logging in, please contact the Ticket Office via ticketoffice@northamptonsaints.co.uk. Please allow a short period for tickets to appear when logging into the App for the first time.
Managing digital tickets for family and friends
The Saints App also makes it easier for supporters attending matches with family and friends.
You can access tickets for multiple people on your Saints App through your Network on your ticketing account. Once supporters have connected their accounts through the Network:
- One mobile device can be used to view and scan multiple Season Tickets or Match Tickets for access into Franklin’s Gardens on matchdays.
- Season Tickets or match tickets purchased by one supporter can also be used on another supporter’s device.
This means, for example, that a parent can scan their entire family into Franklin’s Gardens using one phone, or a supporter who has purchased tickets on behalf of friends can allow those friends to access their tickets directly through the app.

Sharing your tickets
Once you have added your Season Ticket or Match Tickets to your Apple Wallet or Google Wallet, tickets can also be easily shared with family and friends using your device’s built-in sharing functionality – including via WhatsApp, email and other supported apps.
This gives supporters flexible ways to distribute tickets when required, while ensuring entry to Franklin’s Gardens remains quick, convenient and secure.
