Ollie Sleightholme has been named cinch Player of the Month for April, with the 24-year-old’s performances throughout the month seeing him take home back-to-back trophies.
The winger featured against Munster and Vodacom Bulls in the knock-out stages of the Investec Champions Cup and Harlequins in Round 16 of the Gallagher Premiership in April.
Sleightholme continued his prolific form with a further two tries in those clashes, picking up scores against both Bulls and Harlequins. He also made 165 metres against Munster and Harlequins combined.
This is Sleightholme’s second cinch Player of the Month award in as many months having picked up the award in March. Other players up for this month’s award were James Ramm, Alex Moon and George Hendy, but it was the winger who topped the supporter vote – coming away with 47% of the votes.

Throughout the season, cinch will also be offering up a range of prizes for those who vote for the award, with one lucky supporter each month selected at random after voting closes.
This month, one lucky supporter was chosen from those who voted, with Geoff Dent selected at random out of over 800 supporters who voted to collect a shirt signed by the winger.
