Pisi: A full Franklin's Gardens will really help the team on Friday

The 23-year-old winger, who arrived at Franklin's Gardens this summer, is settling into Northampton life quickly, thanks to the help of his teammate and older brother George.

"George has been a big help," he said. "The town is laid back, it's not busy and it's just a cruisey town. Also the support from the fans, they are real passionate and it's something missing back in New Zealand. Even having nearly a full stadium at our pre-season game was just amazing to me.

"We always feed off the fans and it's showing in our past games and even our away games we still had heaps of fans there so we always feed off the fans and it always motivates us to give it in. This is our fortress and we want to go hard for everyone in this town."

Should he be selected for his fifth successive start in the black, green and gold, Pisi could come up against Tom Varndell and Christian Wade on Friday night. The Wasps wings have started the season in explosive style, and the Saints' Samoan international added: "We know that they have good feet and are fast so we just need to do the basics right. If we stick to our structures then we will do well."
