ENTRY IN THE STADIUM You will not be granted entry into Franklin’s Gardens without your valid 2014/15 Season Card. Without this card you will have to pay the full entry charge at the Saints Ticket Office before you are issued with a paper ticket for your seat/terrace space. Refunds will then be possible when you bring in the paper ticket used at the game with your valid Season Card. This is a continuation of the policy enforced last season
LOST SEASON CARDS Should you lose your Season Card, you must email [email protected] as soon as possible. A £10 re-issue fee will then be charged. Season Cards are now printed off-site, so no matchday re-printing is available
CHANGE OF ADDRESS AND CONTACT DETAILS The Saints’ online ticketing system gives Season Ticket Holders the opportunity to update their own contact details, including email address and postal address. Login details were sent with every Season Ticket pack on the letter that included your Season Card. If the Saints are as successful this coming season as in 2013/14 using your online ticketing account will be an imperative, so please take some time to familiarise yourself with the system.
