Northampton Saints are inviting parents, coaches, teachers, and wider rugby stakeholders to attend the Club’s two upcoming Academy Stakeholder Forums.
The events offer up a chance to gain valuable insight into how the Saints Academy identifies, develops, and supports the region’s most promising young players.
The sessions will explore every stage of the Academy pathway, including:
- How the region and talent identification system works
- Player development approaches
- Partnerships with state schools
- Coaching curriculum
- Coach development opportunities
Led by Mark Hopley (Head of Academy) and Max Dominy (Foundation Phase and Coach Development Manager), the forum offers a rare behind‑the‑scenes look at how Saints nurture talent and build the next generation of players who may one day run out at cinch Stadium at Franklin’s Gardens.
Two forum dates are available:
- Saturday 7 February – 10:00am, cinch Stadium at Franklin’s Gardens, followed by Saints Academy vs Bath (U18s at 12pm / U17s at 2pm)
- Saturday 14 February – 10:00am, Shelford RFC, followed by Saints Academy v Bristol (U18s at 12pm / U17s at 2pm)
