Northampton Saints and Loughborough Lightning are joining forces to deliver the clubs’ first-ever joint girls rugby camp in February.
The camp – which runs from 15 to 17 February 2022 – will see Saints’ Community team link up with Lightning players and coaches to deliver three days of coaching at cinch Stadium at Franklin’s Gardens.
The Allianz Premier 15s side will also be heading to Northampton to assist the coaches, with members of the Loughborough squad attending the coaching sessions throughout the course.
Open to girls aged 12 to 17, the course is available to book now for just £95* per person and will mark the first joint Saints / Lightning project directly aimed at offering young, female rugby players in the region a chance to develop within the sport – with the half-term course adding to Northampton's other mixed camps across February and the girls-only residential camp held annually at Stowe School.
