Northampton Saints will face French giants ASM Clermont Auvergne twice more next season after the European Rugby Challenge Cup draw was made on Wednesday.
Chris Boyd’s side were pulled out of the hat in Pool One at the ceremony in Lausanne alongside Clermont, Welsh outfit Dragons, and Romania’s Timisoara Saracens.

Saints will return to the Stade Marcel-Michelin after twice facing Clermont last season in European competition – beating the Top14 side 34-21 at Franklin’s Gardens in January for the first time in the Club’s history.
They will also lock horns with Dragons again after seeing off the Welsh outfit 41-7 in last season’s Anglo-Welsh Cup – as well as playing them as part of this summer’s preseason schedule.
But the two matches against five-time Romanian champions Timisoara Saracens, who qualified for the competition via the European Rugby Continental Shield, will be the first in the Club’s history.
European fixtures for the 2018/19 season will be announced two weeks after the announcement of the last fixture list from the European professional domestic leagues.
It's decided then - the 2018/19 @ERChallengeCup sees us heading to...
