After producing a thrilling 49-41 victory over Castres Olympique this evening, Northampton Saints have made it through to the quarter-finals of the Investec Champions Cup for the third consecutive season.
Results elsewhere are yet to confirm Saints’ opposition – with the victor of tomorrow’s clash between Bath Rugby and Saracens deciding who Northampton will face in the next round.
The winner of that clash will also determine the location of the quarter-final match, with the highest-ranked team set to play host at their home stadium.
Saints are ranked fifth in competition’s standings, while Bath are ranked fourth and Saracens thirteenth – which means that a Bath vs Saints quarter-final would take place at the Recreation Ground, while Saints vs Saracens would be played at cinch Stadium at Franklin’s Gardens.
Northampton Saints will release ticketing information as soon as it becomes available on the Club’s website and via email.
