Phil Dowson retains his place amongst the replacements as one of five Saints who were also involved as England narrowly failed to claim a last gasp draw against Wales a fortnight ago.
Elsewhere, Courtney Lawes misses out with a leg knock and is replaced by Tom Palmer on the bench while Charlie Hodgson is back in the squad at the expense of Toby Flood, having recovered fully from a finger injury.
Lancaster was happy with the changes he made before the Wales game and is confident they will pay dividends at Stade de France.
"It was a forced change going into he Wales game but it was an opportunity to have a look at Owen, Brad and Manu together and I felt they delivered," he commented. "Lee (Dickson) deserved to keep his spot (at scrum-half) for the tempo and what he brings. Owen, Brad and Manu played well and there was no reason to change it."
