Due to the change in restrictions as Northamptonshire was placed in Tier 4 over the festive period, the Saints Store at Franklin's Gardens will remain closed until further notice.
The online store, however, will remain open for purchases, with normal delivery options available. Click & Collect will not be an option while the Gardens store is closed.
Customers who had previously selected Click & Collect and have yet to pick up their items, will be contacted by the Saints Store to arrange free delivery of their order.
Please avoid contacting the Store regarding this, the team are working to process all orders as quickly as possible. All other online orders will be processed in the normal way.
To continue to protect our staff, refunds and exchanges cannot be made in person at present.
If you would like to arrange a refund or exchange, please return your items via post to the below address including both your original order form and details of how you would like our team to process your request.
Please note, refunds and exchanges cannot be dropped off in person at the moment and must be sent via the postal service – this is to minimise contact and help keep our staff safe.
Please DO NOT travel to Franklin's Gardens under any circumstances to visit the Saints Store.
When the Store re-opens, returns will be accepted for 14 days if you do not wish to return your order via post.
