Looking for a new way to give your fitness a boost? Get in shape the Saints way and give Shape up with Saints a try at one of our free taster sessions!
With fun and varied fitness sessions open to both men and women, the programme is led by a fully qualified strength and conditioning coach and runs twice a week at Franklin’s Gardens – with sessions taking place in Saints' gym and on the training pitches on Monday and Wednesday evenings.
In addition to the current bi-weekly schedule, Shape up with Saints has added extra weekly sessions, bootcamp-style days, healthy lifestyle education seminars and a weeklong summer fitness camp to its diary for the coming year.
And to celebrate the launch of the new term, Saints' Community team are offering free taster sessions on Monday 18 November and Wednesday 20 November.
