Significant changes to bars ahead of Saints v Bath

Travis PerkinsSponsored by Travis Perkins

The Saints' management has been working closely with Kudos Catering and Carlsberg UK over the past few weeks to try and find a suitable balance between speed of service with consumer choice.

RODBER SUITE

The main bar has been split into three, using the existing two pillars as dividers. The end portions have been designated as a speed bar, serving the two highest selling products, Carlsberg and Guinness. No other products will be available on these parts of the bar. The speed bars will be cash only, divided from the rest of the bar, and clearly signed.

The middle third of the bar will continue to have a full choice on offer, including wines, spirits, cider and ale as well as Carlsberg, Guinness and soft drinks.

Furthermore, there will be an additional cask ale bar, with London Pride re-introduced alongside Tetley's Champions Ale.

Finally, formal queuing lines have been introduced, which will be clearly signed.

MARQUEE

A new speed bar has been brought into the Village marquee to increase serving capacity, located to the left of the door upon entry. This speed bar will serve Carlsberg, Guinness and Tetley's, along with Pepsi, Diet Pepsi and bottled water.

MEMBERS' BAR

A new cooling system has been installed in the Members' Bar cellar, to try and reduce issues with product service.

CORPORATE AREAS

Additional service points and staff have been added to corporate areas.

Kudos Catering's management has also undergone a staffing review, with additional personnel and training, and drinks being pre-poured where appropriate. Carlsberg UK is also committed to successful bar service, and will have cellar support staff on site throughout the day.

The club will continue to welcome constructive feedback from supporters after the game; to do so use the Get in Touch form on this website.
