Five will be in the white of England, with Luther Burrell, Dylan Hartley, Courtney Lawes and Tom Wood all in the starting line-up and Lee Dickson on the bench.
Meanwhile George North will be in the red of Wales in his customary number 11 shirt, with Jonathan Davies' recovery from injury seeing him return to the centres.
Both teams have won two and lost one of their three matches played to date, and with Ireland hosting Italy and France playing Scotland whoever comes out on the losing side at Twickenham will have had their Six Nations title ambitions ruined.
England head coach Stuart Lancaster has made just the one change to the starting team which beat Ireland, with the injured Billy Vunipola replaced by Ben Morgan at Number 8. Tom Johnson takes Morgan's place on the bench.
Sunday's game kicks off at 3pm, with live coverage on the BBC.
