Skelcey, Peters, start for England U18 against Wales

The pair are two of nine changes to the team which narrowly lost to South Africa, with England looking to rebound in style at George's Outeniqua Park.

Fly half Sam Olver, who converted both of England's tries in Friday's defeat in Cape Town, has been named on the bench.

“The players have responded well to the loss against the South Africans," said head coach John Fletcher. "They have trained well over the past few days and we will better for the hit-out last Friday.

“Wales had an excellent victory and performance against a good French team and we know that we will have to play at our best to be competitive. Our players are hurting after the narrow defeat to South Africa and I am expecting a response from the squad against Wales.”

Score updates from South Africa will be posted regularly on the RFU's official Twitter feed.
