Former Saints favourites Bruce Reihana, Chris Budgen, Jon Phillips, Ben Lewitt, Paul Tupai and Mark Sowden will once again don the black, green and gold facing off with the likes of Alesana Tuilagi, Kameli Ratuvou, Deacon Manu and Junior Paramore - just some of the names already on the Islanders' team sheet.
Current Saints Samu Manoa and George Pisi will also turn out for the "visitors", while the main man himself, Tonga'uiha, will put in a shift for both sides on what promises to be a fantastic family day out.
A minis tournament will be held pre-game and the matchday village will be busy as ever; with face painting, bouncy castle, rides and a number of surprises for adults and kids alike, not to mention the barbeque - Tongan style! - already confirmed before the main event kicks off at 3pm.
Tickets for the Fiat Panda car draw are still being sold too, right up until kick-off of Tiny's Testimonial Match and cost just £2, also available to buy all day at the Saints v Worcester game on Saturday, May 5th.
Fans' favourite Tonga'uiha, the most experienced current Saint with 179 appearances and 22 tries to his name, is part way through his testimonial year which is benefitting the Vaini Village and Primary School in Tonga, Kislingbury Primary School, Cancer Research and local charities Cynthia Spencer Hospice and Helping Millie.
Over £5,000 has already gone to the various causes, while thousands of pounds worth of extra books and school equipment will be shipped to the Vaini Primary School - donations for whom are still being taken here.
Your place in a bumper Gardens afternoon costs just £10 for adults, or £5 for juniors and concessions and can be bought in person at the Saints Ticket Office, or online by clicking here.
