Ticket Office opening times this week

The Ticket Office at Northampton Saints will open for extra days this week for anyone wishing to purchase tickets for the Club’s Investec Champions Cup quarter-final against the Vodacom Bulls.

As always, the easiest way to purchase tickets is online via www.eticketing.co.uk/northamptonsaints/.

If you are a Season Ticket Holder or Saints Member, please ensure you sign-in to your account to purchase your ticket(s) using your membership number and password.

OPENING HOURS

• Monday 8 April, 10am to 6pm: Ticket Office windows will be open for Season Ticket Holders who wish to purchase their regular seats and any additional tickets in person
• Tuesday 9 April, 10am to 4pm: Ticket Office windows will be open for Season Ticket Holders who wish to purchase their regular seats and any additional tickets in person. From 12pm, tickets go on general sale so non-Season Ticket Holders may also purchase from this time onwards.
• Wednesday 10 April, 12pm to 5pm: Ticket Office windows open for all purchasers.
• Thursday 11 April, 12pm to 5pm: Ticketing desk open within the Saints Store for all purchasers.
• Friday 12 April, 12pm to 5pm: Ticketing desk open within the Saints Store for all purchasers.

SECURE YOUR SEAT ONLINE AS A SEASON TICKET HOLDER / MEMBER

• Step 1: Log in to the ticketing portal (www.eticketing.co.uk/northamptonsaints/) using your membership number and password.
• Step 2: Click the ‘My Account’ icon (which resembles a person) in the top right-hand corner of your screen, which will open a panel on the right-hand side of your screen.
• Step 3: Select the box named ‘reserved tickets’. This will open a new window where you can purchase your usual designated seat.
• Step 4: Add your seat to basket.
• Step 5 (optional): If you would like to purchase additional seats that aren't currently reserved for other Season Ticket Holders, you can also do so by going back onto the stadium map and adding them to your basket as you go.
• Step 6: Continue through the checkout process.
