Supporters heading to Franklin’s Gardens on Saturday, September 9th will be treated to two East Midlands derbies for the price of one!
That is because the Saints’ Aviva Premiership home opener against Leicester (KO 4:30pm) will be followed by the Wanderers’ own derby against the Tigers, a game that will also be played on the main pitch at Franklin’s Gardens at 7:00pm.
A few things to note about this extended derby day:
- Both games will be included in the same match ticket, along with Saints Season Ticket packages
- There will be no separate tickets for the Wanderers game, and supporters will not be able to pay on the gate for the A League match either
- There will be no re-admission into Franklin’s Gardens between the games
- Bars and catering outlets will be open throughout the day and evening
Early Bird tickets remain available until this Saturday, August 12th, with prices starting from £13 (juniors), £18 (concessions) and £29 (adults), with Adult+1 tickets on sale at £49 and Family tickets (2 adults, 2 juniors) for £74.
Tickets can be booked now at www.northamptonsaints.co.uk/buytickets. Prices do not include any booking fees and will increase to the standard prices on Sunday, August 13th.
Tickets have been selling very quickly for derby day but there are still groups available in many areas of the stadium so don’t miss out – book now!
The best pro-rata prices are still those available through the 2017/18 Season Ticket package, which includes guaranteed entry into all of the big Aviva Premiership, European Rugby Champions Cup and Anglo-Welsh Cup matches, the same seat or terrace area week in, week out, along with priority booking for any knockout matches the Saints might reach and for the years to come. The club has also confirmed that there will be a limited stadium opening for the pre-season friendly against Nottingham on Thursday, August 17th. All seating or standing will be unreserved in the Tetley’s Stand and Gordon Terrace respectively.
