It was a fourth win from their five league games and came courtesy of a first half double from Sam Farmer and five further tries after the break from five different scorers.
Greig Tonks got the Wanderers underway with a simple penalty and after repelling a bout of Leeds pressure, the hosts also scored the evening's first try.
Teimana Harrison sparked the move with a crushing break in midfield and with support in the form of Vasily Artemyev, it was only a matter of time before Farmer went over on the end of Tonks' offload.
The young flanker would double up too in first-half added time. It had been a sustained battering of the Leeds line by the Wanderers and when when the ball came out from the close range drives, Farmer had the power and pace to break through.
While he would miss the conversion, Tonks got the Wanderers ticking again as the teams turned around and having ran the ball straight back at Leeds, the visitors were eventually worn down on their own line and Mark Hopley powered over.
The bonus-point soon followed when Tom Stephenson and Greig Tonks combined smartly in midfield to release Artemyev and when the ball came back infield Stephenson was free again to crash through, Cesar Sempere providing the extras.
Harrison would then take advantage of a blindside overlap to register the hosts' fifth and Anders Mogensen then received a high ball and looped back round onto the end of the move to weave his way over on the left.
The final 10 minutes were all Leeds as they battled desperately for a consolation score but pleasingly for the Wanderers defence won out and tthe game was rounded off by Glyn Hughes' try with the final play.
Their victory leaves Sale and Leicester - who faced off on Monday night - to fight it out for the other semi-final spot from the North Conference.
