The Wanderers had booked a semi-final spot with their pre-Christmas win over Leeds Carnegie, but had to wait until last night's rescheduled match between Leeds and Leicester to see if they had earned a home tie.
The Tigers won 80-5, but the margin was not big enough to lift them ahead of the Wanderers, who topped the Northern Conference table on points difference.
The Wanderers now face Harlequins at Franklin's Gardens on the provisional date of Monday, April 23rd.
The other semi-final sees Leicester travel to Exeter, with the final provisionally scheduled for Monday, April 30th.
