Bid for a mascot place and raise money for Royal British Legion

Travis PerkinsSponsored by Travis Perkins

The Saints home game against Dragons in the Anglo-Welsh Cup on Saturday, November 11th, is also the same day as the club's annual Remembrance Ceremony, always an atmospheric occasion at the Gardens.

In what has become a recent tradition at Franklin's Gardens, the club will be holding a silent auction for mascot places for the game with proceeds from the auction going to the Royal British Legion.

Children aged 7 to 14 can walk out with the team and join the minute's silence on the pitch as the wreaths are laid on Franklin's Gardens War Memorial and players, coaches and supporters alike take a moment to remember those who have given their lives for their country.

There are 30 mascot places available in total, with match tickets for the child and an accompanying adult included in the prize.

Last season's silent auction raised thousands of pounds for the Royal British Legion, alongside bucket shakes and poppy sales around the stadium and the Saints are hoping to do the same this year.

To place your bid email [email protected] no later than close of business at Thursday, November 2nd.
