Crunch time for Wanderers next Monday

Travis PerkinsSponsored by Travis Perkins

Last night’s win for the Wanderers against Sale Jets has put the Northampton second team within touching distance of the Aviva ‘A’ League semi-finals.

However they need a win from their final match of the Northern Conference campaign, which is against Worcester Cavaliers at Franklin’s Gardens next Monday, April 4th.

At the moment the Wanderers have 15 points, with Gloucester United ahead of them with 16 and Newcastle one point further in front. A victory against the Cavaliers would not just secure a semi-final, but a home tie as well against the second-placed team in the Southern Conference, too, currently Exeter Braves.

So, just like the first team, every point will matter for the Wanderers, and every voice will matter, too.

Entry into next Monday’s game, which kicks off at 7:30pm, is FREE for all Saints Season Ticket Holders. Entry for other supporters will be £5 for adults and £2 for Under-16s, payable at the gate.
