Dingwall to face Ireland with England U18s

England have made nine changes to the starting line-up for their second match of the U18 International Series against Ireland U18 at Parc y Scarlets tomorrow (5:15pm KO) but Saints Academy centre Fraser Dingwall stays within the match day 23 for the second fixture of the tournament.

England crossed the whitewash nine times in their comfortable 55-11 victory over Canada U19 in their opening game on Saturday with Ireland began their U18 International Series campaign with a win, beating Italy 39-23 at BT Sport Cardiff Arms Park.
