Double the Saints for All Blacks challenge

Travis PerkinsSponsored by Travis Perkins

Head coach Stuart Lancaster has made just one change to the side narrowly edged out by South Africa last weekend, IRB Player of the Year nominee Owen Farrell replacing the injured Toby Flood and going head to head with another of the shortlisted stars of world rugby, Dan Carter.

Richie McCaw's presence as New Zealand skipper on the openside means that three of the four players of 2012 will be on show.

RFU.com revealed in the week that Wood was one of the leading performers in the Springbok Test, while Lancaster is pleased to have Lawes, who made an impressive return to action for the Saints in Sunday's win over London Welsh, back in the matchday squad.

"We are delighted that Courtney has got an opportunity," he said. "He has worked hard to get back in contention and what better game for him to make an impact. The same with Freddie Burns, who has had a great Premiership season so far, and we are looking forward to seeing him contribute should he get his chance."

Gloucester fly half Burns is the only other new face in the squad.
