EPCR, organisers of the European Rugby Champions Cup, have today announced the details of the Saints’ Pool 4 fixtures against Castres, Montpellier and Leinster. The club has also confirmed the official supporters’ trips to Castres and Dublin, which are now open for booking.

The Saints will open their Champions Cup campaign on home turf against Montpellier. The reigning Challenge Cup champions and Top 14 semi-finalists visit Franklin’s Gardens on Saturday, October 15th for a 5:30pm kick off.

Then it is a trip to France in Round 2 to play Castres and a return to the Stade Pierre Antoine for the first time for three years. This game is on Saturday, October 22nd and kicks off at 4:15pm local time.

As was the case the last time that the Saints were pooled with Leinster, the two clubs will go head-to-head in the December double headers, firstly at Franklin’s Gardens at 7:45pm on Friday, December 9th, and then at the Aviva Stadium in Dublin at 7:45pm on Saturday, December 17th.

The Round 5 home match against Castres and Round 6 trip to Montpellier will both be confirmed after Round 4 has been concluded; this has been the case for the 20 years that the Saints have been playing in European competition.

The only way to guarantee your place at every home match in the European Rugby Champions Cup is with a 2016/17 Season Ticket. Head to www.northamptonsaints.co.uk/seasontickets for more information about this year's package.
