Get fit with the best and Train Like A Saint!

This autumn we are giving you the opportunity to join the Saints' team of highly experienced Strength and Conditioning coaches to motivate, inspire and guide you to your ultimate weight loss and fitness goals.

Train Like A Saint is a specifically designed programme which uses the same methods and equipment as the Saints first team to cut body fat, boost energy levels, increase core strength while enhancing whole body conditioning, all under the expert eyes of the Saints Performance Team, regarded as one of the best in Aviva Premiership Rugby.


You don't have to be a rugby player to get something out of Train Like A Saint. It is a general programme which anyone can enjoy, and you can pick up additional tips and pointers as to how you can improve your own fitness and nutrition in the future, too.


Train Like A Saint autumn 2012 starts with a taster session on Wednesday, October 3rd, starting at 6:30pm on the first floor of the Burrda Sport Stand (adjacent to the gym). Costing just £10 for the hour, this session will give you an insight into what will come over the next 10 weeks.


The full 10-week programme costs £25 per session - a lot less than a guided training session in a commercial gym - and is open to anyone.
