Northampton Saints’ players will be swapping studs for spikes this summer as the Club hosts its sold-out annual Golf Day, presented by Michael Jones Jewellers, on Wednesday 5 August.
Held at the prestigious Northamptonshire County Golf Club – ranked among the UK’s top 100 courses – the event gives supporters, partners, and local businesses the opportunity to tee off alongside members of the Saints squad and coaching team, with all proceeds directly supporting the Saints Academy.
This year’s event has been kindly supported by Michael Jones Jewellers, who will be the Saints Golf Day’s headline sponsor.
From first tee to final putt, guests will experience golf at its finest, with the course’s demanding design and beautiful surroundings providing an unforgettable backdrop.
Designed by renowned architect Harry S Colt, Northamptonshire County is a par‑70 course stretching 6,694 yards. This classic heathland layout winds through rolling woodland, gorse, heather and mature pines, offering a memorable test for golfers of all abilities. The course has also hosted Regional Qualifying for The Open Championship in recent years.
The event – which will feature members of the Saints squad – begins with tea/coffee and bacon rolls from 11.30am, before a 1pm shotgun start. Following the golf, guests will enjoy a two-course dinner and a prizegiving ceremony from 6.30pm – all included in the package.

Hole sponsors will have their company logo showcased on their selected hole’s tee-off area, as well as a feature on the event scorecard and the opportunity for further brand activation.
